Platinum ($4,000):

Sponsored 60 minute CEU-eligible presentation
Five minute “commercial break” presentation prior to a speaker presentation
First choice for table location in the vendor exhibit area
Option for virtual breakout room*
Prominent logo visibility on introduction slides
Four complementary symposium registrations with 4 parking passes
Special acknowledgement for sponsoring our meeting and can provide one slide** that will be displayed on rotation before and between speakers

Gold ($2,000):

* Breakout room information - Breakout rooms should not be used for formal presentations to participant attendees, as virtual attendees will be moving from room to room during the breaks. These are intended to be similar to a vendor table and give vendors and participant attendees an opportunity to connect with attendees in a smaller setting and further discuss the vendor’s services and offerings. Breakout rooms will be open at the same times as the exhibit hall.

** Slide Information: Sponsor logos and slides are due by Wednesday, April 5, 2023. You may include any information you like on your slide such as contact information, new test updates, logo, etc. Please email your logo and slide to Amy Knight Johnson at aknightjohnson@gmail.com. Slides will be on rotation before and between speakers, and all participants will be emailed the slide deck of all sponsor slides.
