We have three sponsorship tiers to choose from:

Platinum ($4,000):

• Sponsored 60 minute CEU-eligible presentation*
• Five minute presentation to all attendees prior to a speaker presentation
  
• First choice for table location in the vendor exhibit area
• Four complementary symposium registrations with 4 parking passes
• Special acknowledgement for sponsoring the event including prominent logo visibility on introduction slides and event program
• Option to provide one branded slide** that will be displayed on rotation before and between speakers
• List of symposium registrants + email addresses for registrants that participate in the raffle
• Limit of 1 Platinum sponsor

Gold ($2,000):

• Five minute presentation to all attendees prior to a speaker presentation
• Table in the vendor exhibit area
• Two complementary symposium registrations with parking passes
• Special acknowledgement for sponsoring the event including prominent logo visibility on introduction slides and event program
• Option to provide one branded slide** that will be displayed on rotation before and between speakers
• List of symposium registrants + email addresses for registrants that participate in the raffle
• Limit of 5 Gold sponsors

Silver ($1,000): 

• Table in the vendor exhibit area
• Two complementary symposium registrations w/parking
• Special acknowledgement for sponsoring the event including prominent logo visibility on introduction slides and event program
• Option to provide one branded slide** that will be displayed on rotation before and between speakers
• List of symposium registrants + email addresses for registrants that participate in the raffle
