Sponsor the 2024 ISGP Annual Medical Genomics Symposium!
The Illinois Society of Genetic Professionals (formerly the Genetic Task Force of Illinois) is an organization devoted to fostering the professional growth of genetic providers in Illinois, promoting access to quality genomic services, and proactively addressing the changing healthcare landscape. Every year, ISGP coordinates an educational symposium with exceptional speakers to provide updates on the latest topics in genomics. This event brings together approximately 200 regional genetic counselors and other genetics health care providers!We have three sponsorship tiers to choose from:
Platinum ($4,000):
- Sponsored 60 minute CEU-eligible presentation*
- Five minute presentation prior to a speaker presentation
- First choice for table location in the vendor exhibit area
- Four complementary symposium registrations with 4 parking passes
- Special acknowledgement for sponsoring the event including prominent logo visibility on introduction slides and event program
- Option to provide one branded slide** that will be displayed on rotation before and between speakers
- List of symposium registrants + email addresses for registrants that participate in the raffle
- Limit of 1 Platinum sponsor
- Please submit an application by March 31, 2024
Gold ($2,000):
- Five minute presentation prior to a speaker presentation
- Table in the vendor exhibit area
- Two complementary symposium registrations with parking passes
- Special acknowledgement for sponsoring the event including prominent logo visibility on introduction slides and event program
- Option to provide one branded slide** that will be displayed on rotation before and between speakers
- List of symposium registrants + email addresses for registrants that participate in the raffle
- Limit of 5 Gold sponsors
Silver ($1,000):
- Table in the vendor exhibit area
- Two complementary symposium registrations with parking
- Special acknowledgement for sponsoring the event including prominent logo visibility on introduction slides and event program
- Option to provide one branded slide** that will be displayed on rotation before and between speakers
- List of symposium registrants + email addresses for registrants that participate in the raffle
* Platinum sponsorship - If you are interested in the Platinum sponsorship, please complete the Industry-Sponsored Presentation Proposal Form and submit to the ISGP Symposium Committee (symposium@illinoisgenetics.org) by Sunday, March 31, 2024. The Symposium Committee will select one Platinum sponsor for the event.
** Slide Information: Sponsor logos and slides are due by May 10, 2024. You may include any information you like on your slide such as contact information, new test updates, logo, etc. Please email your logo and slide to symposium@illinoisgenetics.org. Slides will be on rotation before and between speakers, and all participants will be emailed the slide deck of all sponsor slides.
